Tarte Normande à la Rhubarbe et aux Pommes
Finely sliced fresh apples and chopped rhubarb over a bed of fresh apple purée. The base is a flaky shortcrust pastry which stays crispy even after defrosting.
Ingredients: Apples 19% - Rhubarb 19% - WHEAT flour 16% - Sugar - Water - Whole EGGS 7% - Vegetable fat (palm) - Reconstituted whole MILK powder - Concentrated BUTTER - Glucose syrup - Corn starch - WHEAT fibre - Salt - Gelling agent: pectins, carrageenans - Acidifier: citric acid - Natural vanilla flavouring.
Contains WHEAT, EGGS, MILK and BUTTER.
May also contain peanuts and nuts.
