Our zesty Tarte au Citron has a shortcrust pastry base made with French butter, sugar and egg, with generous lemon filling. It is pre-sliced making it perfect for dinner parties with friends or for an afternoon tea.
Ingredients: Whole eggs 22% - Sugar Wheat flour Reconstituted whole milk powder Water Concentrated butter Vegetable fat (palm) Glucose syrup Maize starch Lemon juice concentrate 0.7% - lemon pulp 0.5% - Acidifier: citric acid, sodium citrate Orange juice concentrate Raising agents: disphosphates, sodium carbonates Gelling agents: pectins, carrageenans Natural flavouring and natural vanilla flavouring Lemon extract.
